I find myself watching a ton of movies and tv shows in my free time. Every time I watch something new I notice how deeply invested I become in the characters, especially the ones that fall in love.
One of my favorite movies is Dirty Dancing. There is a scene in the movie where the main characters, Baby and Johnny are in a room together and Baby confesses that she is scared she will never find a love like him if she leaves. The simple but heart-felt statement gets me every time. I find myself quotingall of Baby’s lines as a smile at the screen. I can’t help myself!I am instantly overcome with joy.
If you haven’t guessed by now, my all-time favorite part of movies and tv shows are getting to watch the love scenes. If you’re anything like me, there is something about seeing your favorite actors and actresses confess their love for each other that genuinely makes you happy.
