It can be mounted using a 10" x 4.5" (254mm x 114.3 mm) bolt pattern, with the necessary mounting hardware provided. The overall dimensions are 23 1/4" x 6 1/2" x 10" (590.5 mm x 165.1 mm x 254 mm), and it has a shipping weight of 80 lb (36.2 kg). The winch is rated IP68 / IP69K for its ingress protection.

I am assuming one is ground, one is positive, but what are the remaining two terminals for? This is correct, it's for reversing polarity on the DC motor. Look at the solenoid wiring and it will be more clear.
