Jane Elliot returns to GH as Tracy Quartermaine the week of December 4.
Tracy’s back after taking time away from Port Charles to help Bobbie settle Luke’s estate.
The show has yet to write in Bobbie’s death since Jacklyn Zeman died May 9, 2023.
Charles Mesure
Charles Mesure appears on General Hospital on Friday, December 2 as Mr. Brennan. AKA Pikeman.
The actor will be in scenes with Carly (Laura Wright) at Kelly’s.
The GH spoilers share that the two will have an interesting encounter.
If Mesure looks familiar, it may be because he played roles in Desperate Housewives Crossing Jordan, Blue Bloods, Once Upon a Time, and Criminal Minds to name a few.
Mark Engelhardt
Mark Engelhardt returns to GH as Roman Hume, the rep for Pikeman Security Group the week of November 27.
Lyn Alicia Henderson
Lyn Alicia Henderson appears on General Hospital during the week of November 27 as Claire Brown.
Claire portrays a surrogacy matching professional whom Molly (Kristen Vaganos) has a meeting with at Metro Court.
Shelley Robertson
Shelley Robertson comes to GH as Dede Clark, a lawyer who meets with Finn (Michael Easton) the week of November 27.
Patrick Smith
Patrick Smith is seen starting on Tuesday, Nov 28 as Detective Briscoe.
He will be in scenes with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna).
Roger Howarth
Roger Howarth is exiting General Hospital permanently as Dr.Austin Gatlin-Holt.
Friday, the ABC soap aired a shot of Austin shot in the chest and left for dead.
Nathanyael Grey
Confirmed! Nathanyael Grey exits General Hospital as Mason as he is sent to Pentonville for his crimes. He will be seen November 29 before he is shipped off.
The actor has been a thorn in Ava (Maura West) and Austin’s (Roger Howarth) side and since he’s being sent to prison, we may not have seen the last of him.
Morgan Fairchild
Morgan Fairchild is back once again to resume her role as Haven de Havilland, the hostess of the Home & Heart show. We’ll see her on November 15.
Lily Anne Harrison
Lily Anne Harrison returns to General Hospital as Andrea Gates, TJ (Tajh Bellow) and Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) surrogate. She exits mid-November after the baby is miscarried.
John J. York
Update! John J York’s final scenes on General Hospital before he starts his open-ended medical leave, starts the week of November 13. It will last 3-4 months. Full story is within the link.
Asher Jared Antonyzyn, and Lily Fisher
Recast! Asher Jared Antonyzyn will now be in the role of Danny Morgan, Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) son with Jason (Steve Burton).
We will first see him on November 2. Zakary Risinger, who was in the role the last two years, has exited with Antonyzyn now in the role.
Lily Fisher returns to GH as Georgie Spinelli. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) daughter returns for Halloween this November 2.
Eden Harker, who portrayed Georgie in July, has exited her temporary role.
Ellen Travolta
Ellen Travolta is reportedly returning to General Hospital as Loi’s (Rena Sofer) mother, Gloria Cerullo. She will be seen in a guest spot during the week of Thanksgiving.
Soap Opera Digest reminds us she’s Bensonhurst-based.
Some of Travolta’s credits include roles in Anything Goes, Hello Dolly!, Pippin, The Full Monty, Mame, and Bus Stop.
Ellen’s television credits include Welcome Back Kotter, Happy Days, Joanie loves Chachi, The Love Boat, Charles in Charge, and Passions.
Bradford Anderson
Bradford Anderson reappears on GH as Damian Spinelli on October 13.
He will be in scenes with Joss (Eden McCoy) and Dex (Evan Hoffer).
Bonnie Burroughs
Bonnie Burroghs exits General Hospital as Gladys Corbin on the October 5 episode.
This concludes her four years on the show.
Gladys was driven out of Port Charles, and told by Sonny, (Maurice Benard), never to return.
Darin Toonder
Darin Toonder has exited the role of Dr. Montague.
The character is headed to jail and the actor is finished with his time on the show.

Rena Sofer
Rena Sofer will be back to General Hospital this coming October as Lois Cerullo, a character who hasn’t been seen in 26 years. She will be coming to the show the week of October 9.
For those who don’t remember her or didn’t watch back then, People calls her, “effervescent, fast-talking, long fingernail wearing, Italian bella donna with the thick, Brooklyn accent.” Lois and Ned (Wally Kurth) used to be a popular supercouple in the 1990s. Find out more about Sofer’s character, Lois.
Lauren Swickard
Lauren Swickard exits as Ferncliff nurse Janice, the week of October 9.
Nicholas Alexander Chavez
Nicholas Alexander Chavez will be exiting General Hospital temporarily in order to star in the second season of Netflix’s anthology, Monster.
Chavez will portray one of the Menedez brothers.
According to TV Line, “GH does not intend to bring in a new actor to portray Spencer while Chavez is away.” There is no start date for this project, considering the current writers’ strike has put a hold on things.
