General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Monday, September 4 tease that although Monday’s actual episode will be a repeat, they’ll be back with plenty of action Tuesday, September 5.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) asks about a shocking takedown, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is a mysterious suspect and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) lost his prison protection.
General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) got a tip about a raid and warned Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) but Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and some of his men were arrested.
Carly first buttonholes Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about the raid, knowing that he had spent the greater part of two years trying to get Sonny arrested by the Feds.
He had a flash drive that Dex had recorded and he was going to turn it into the Feds, but Carly found out and destroyed it.
Carly’s obviously wondering if there was a second copy and tells Michael he needs to tell her the truth right now. If Sonny’s in prison, then worse mob activity will infiltrate Port Charles!
GH Spoilers – Bad Boy, Bad Boy, What You Gonna Do?
At Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) cabin, apparently in Pautauk, Austin has some questions for Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss). He asks, “when it is, what are you going to do?”
He appears to be answering a cryptic question about Nikolas’ plans. In the meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will continue to pressure Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) oblivious to the fact there is no murder to hide.
Considering Sonny was trying to help Ava and find Nikolas’ “body” someone may not want Nikolas found in whatever state, and it might be Nikolas himself.
General Hospital Spoilers – Mysterious Subjects
Dex tells Josslyn someone turned Sonny in, and she becomes the main suspect in the mystery, having stayed out all night and drinking because Dex had to work.
Sonny’s takedown is no doubt front page news, a team of Feds descending on the shipment at the docks-which he escaped but Sonny was arrested at the Metro Court.
Josslyn is the only one who knew about the takedown attempts by Dex and Michael, who saw the arrest so she’ll come under suspicion as well.
She’s been very vocal about her hatred of Sonny and pouting because of Dex continuing to work for him. She’ll face a family tribunal of sorts to find out if she turned Sonny in.
GH Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Reacts To Bad News
Elsewhere, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) reacts to bad news, and it sounds like he’s talking about Sonny to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). He looks sad as he says softly what sounds like it might be the end of his father.
The Feds have been after Sonny for RICOH charges and other crimes for years, but he’s always managed to avoid them. Someone obviously squealed about the Pikeman shipment down at the docks who also knew Sonny was at the Metro Court having dinner.

Dante’s had to walk a fine line over the years, being a detective and son of a mobster but this seems tough.
General Hospital Spoilers – Lost Protections
In the meantime, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) toys with Drew in the showers at Pentonville, telling him he’s no longer under his-meaning Sonny’s-protection. As Cyrus was preaching fire and brimstone and vengeance, Sonny and his men were being arrested by the Feds.
There seems to be a connection since Sonny planted fake intel about Pikeman that Austin delivered to Cyrus.
It was a Pikeman shipment at the docks where Dex escaped as the Feds arrested Sonny’s other men, but where were the Pikeman guys? Telling someone news like this in a prison shower isn’t exactly appropriate, unless Cyrus thinks he’s going to protect Drew!
GH Spoilers – Lawyering Up
In the meantime, Sonny’s lawyering up and refuses to answer any questions without his attorney present. Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will be called into action, and Carly may send her for Sonny as well as the urgency to get Drew out of prison.
The raids on the Pikeman shipment at the dock and the arrest of Sonny at the Metro Court happened concurrently. The question is, who’s the snitch-Josslyn wouldn’t have known Sonny was at the Metro Court when the delivery was taking place at the docks!
