General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, October 11, reveal the drama’s about to heat up in Port Charles, but we have a quick programming note to pass along first. News coverage bumped the GH episode originally meant for Tuesday, October 10, which means it’ll now air on Wednesday, October 11.
Fortunately, we’ve got the scoop on all Wednesday’s details, so let’s dive in and talk about what’s coming up – starting with an overwhelming training session for Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner).
There’ll be a lot for Felicia to learn as Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) shows her the ropes in her new patient advocate role, but Felicia will think she’s really going to enjoy the work.
Over with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), she’ll have reservations when it comes to accepting the new co-chief of staff offer.
Portia will worry about it taking up too much time, but Stella will assure Portia that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) wouldn’t want to hold her back.
Portia will eventually decide to accept the co-chief of staff position, so she’ll tell Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) and shake on it later.
Speaking of Terry, she’ll quiz Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about some steamy shower gossip and get confirmation that Liz was the one kissing Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) there recently.
At Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) place, he’ll hug Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and get an apology since his dad waited so long to come clean about his ALS.
Gregory will explain how he didn’t want to be a burden, so Chase will understand and want to offer support.
After Finn makes dinner plans with Liz, he’ll join Gregory and Chase’s conversation.
Chase will assure Finn that all is forgiven as the brothers rally around Gregory in his time of need.
Next, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) will share one last romantic moment with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) before dropping her off after their New York City trip.
Soon after, Trina will catch up with Curtis and hand over some baseball caps as a gift.
Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will hope Spencer’s treating Trina right and will privately ask Curtis whether he thinks Spencer’s good enough for Trina.
However, Curtis will know better than to think he can tell Trina how to run her love life, so he’ll choose to stay out of it.
When Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) come home, they’ll be taken aback to find Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) alone in the living room.
Thankfully, Ace won’t really be on his own since Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will pop up and reveal that she was crouched down looking for a teething ring.
Esme will confess that the teething process has been rough for Ace, so she’ll be tired and stressed.
Laura and Kevin will vow to help now that they’re back home and will get updates on Spencer’s NYC trip with Trina.
Once Spencer returns, he’ll be glad to see Laura along with Ace.
Laura will admit there’s news about Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), so she’ll fill Spencer in on the proof that Nik’s alive and doesn’t want to come home.
Spencer will acknowledge that Nikolas abandoned him along with Ace like he previously suspected, but Laura will hope Nik’s going to come to his senses.
Esme will also catch up with Spencer and enjoy some family bonding time with him as they sing a song before putting Ace to bed.
Since Esme is so isolated, that’ll leave Kevin worried about the drama it could lead to.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will lash out at Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) for spilling the beans about Gregory’s ALS, but Tracy will insist it was an accident.
Brook Lynn will still be riled up as she answers the door, but she’ll soften with delight once she realizes it’s her mother!
Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will return after reading an article about BLQ’s Deception firing, so she’ll trade barbs with Tracy and become appalled over Brook Lynn’s granny dragging her into corporate espionage.
Meanwhile, “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will dream that he’s naked on stage with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) nearby, so he’ll wake up and admit she was there.
It’s something that’s happened a few times for “Eddie.”
Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will be in this dream as well, but Olivia will be the one “Eddie” recognizes.
Olivia will urge “Eddie” to talk to Kevin and try to bring his repressed memories to the surface, but “Eddie” won’t be interested.
Later, Olivia will walk in the living room and find Lois, so they’ll both squeal in excitement as they hug.
It’ll take some convincing, but Olivia will eventually talk Lois into staying at the Quartermaine mansion while she’s in town.
When “Eddie” sees Lois next, he’ll seem pensive as he admits that he knows her.
Lois will hope so since she’s his ex-wife and the mother of his child, but “Eddie” will think he knows her from somewhere else instead.
