Shea seemed a bit off her game today. Product was fine as usual but customer service was awful. Shea was rude, dismissive and seemed put out by our very presence. There was a new first time customer with her husband accompanying her and she was yelled at and told to go up front to do some paperwork . I’m sure the new customer was nervous and not sure of what to do and shea basically shamed her and then complained about other customers. If I wasn’t a loyalist for the product I’m not sure I’d go back here.

Real nice experience. I ordered ahead and was assisted immediately. I didn’t catch her name but the blonde girl took care of me and signed me up with their loyalty program, she was very polite and helpful

It still amazes me that the gothic-looking, ugly, fat, overweight, judgmental, poor, disgusting, and putrid-looking manager still works here. I know she can't afford to buy a place, looks like she's from the other side of the tracks in Boynton, but I doubt she realizes she works for a corporation and that it isn't actually her medical marijuana product. You can hear a pin drop when she comes out from the back and she's the most unpleasant person ever to deal with. I'm sure she's the only manager they could hire that they could pay her so poorly and she is stupid enough to show up to work everyday, but Surterra needs to step it up and look into this beastly of a chick. I may even be using the wrong pronouns because there are transgender women in this world that look more attractive AND are nicer than her. Sorry if I am addressing he/she/they in the wrong way. Every one of the other employees are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond. Hats off to them. They push a quick service out the door quickly, but I assure it's not because of any management here. I bet she's out back smoking a nicotine vape as we speak or most likely eating. Certainly not being a great manager, that's for sure.

This location has been running on all cylinders lately! Their staff is friendly and efficient. They understand customer service, and on what was probably their busiest day of The year they were organized and efficient all with great attitudes!

Drove in extra 25 minutes to get here, and then they have a sign on the door saying cash only as I turn around to leave. I ask somebody coming in. Has it always been like this? They said for at least a year. Don't you think they'd be nice to your website?So people don't waste their time coming without cash.I'm gonna drive to my Bank Now and Continue on Driving to CuraLeaf.

Zachary was awesome. Out of all the reps at counter he was ready to help me. He took the time to welcome me as a first time consumer with the specials. He explained the products and how they may be able to help my different symptoms. He was professional and never rushed me. Whoever owns this business is very lucky to have him as an employee. I will now use this dispensary going forward!

They work well and efficiently. Very clean and professional . A lot of knowledge on which Terpenes work best for you . Never a long wait and staff always greets you with a smile 😊😊

The manager is such a C to the T!! Terrible attitude, terrible service, and overpriced flower, overpriced vapes, weak THC in all their products. Just imagine what this lard of a manager does when she’s behind the doors there. Definitely eating 24/7 or thinking about how she’s running someone else’s business because she’s too incompetent to do it on her own. The rest of staff is very nice but just merely associating yourself with her, you should work elsewhere.

First time visiting a dispensary, needed to find something for a few different issues. Felt blessed when I walked and was quickly greeted by John who was so patient, knowledgeable & kind as he explained the benefits of each different item. He recommended lotions, patches, edibles etc that might meet my needs. Excellent customer service. John was wonderful. Highly recommend.

My first experience with surterra was actually a recreational dispensary, located in Portland, Oregon, and the experience was wonderful there. Since receiving my medical endorsem*nt, I found a surterra local to me, and This is honestly the fanciest dispensary I’ve ever visited. the ordering process is like a concierge service, where you walk up to a desk and the front desk person helps you pick out your products and places the order for you. If there’s a long wait, they have a small cafeteria area where you can eat an apple, drink a water bottle, or socialize with other people if you so choose. Patients are called one by one to the register. Once you’re brought back to the register, all of your items are already bagged for you, making check out way easier than any other dispensary I’ve ever visited. My only problem with surterra is that the price point for their products, I believe, is way too high. I believe that other local dispensaries (specifically one) actually prices their products correctly based on the quality of them, but that doesn’t stop me from going to surterra whenever they’re having a ridiculous clearance sale, nor would it justify any less than 5 stars. The dispensary is impeccably clean, very bright, and definitely makes you feel like you’re talking to people who care about what’s going on with you.

I’ve come to this location enough now that I trust it - both for the staff and the products. Surterra’s staff are always super friendly and informative. Their flower quality is great and consistent! I also really enjoy their carts. I’ve never had to wait more than maybe 15 minutes? They’re efficient unlike some other dispos in the area.

Bob the front desk man was very nice and informative. Jonathon was an amazing bud tender. He was very helpful and had a great attitude. Place was very clean and efficient. Great first time discount of 60%!

Had an amazing experience for my first visit! Very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. It's truly refreshing to be treated with such loving care as they took the time to go over the whole menu with suggestions on what's going to help most in my situation as well as making sure I was able to afford my meds. I would recommend their full spec AND live rosin carts 100%. Make sure to download their app and go check em out ASAP if you haven't already done so.

I love this place. Always deals in the emails! I always order online for pick up because *anxiety* and everyone makes me feel comfortable and is generally pretty quick. I will drive 30 minutes (round trip) on my lunch break to go to this specific location! Also, if you have chronic pain and have issues sleeping at night, tincture is the BEST!

Assistant manager Jose is somehow both rude and unhelpful. I was informed this location is currently lacking in general management, so I do hope they can improve in the future.If you want to bypass their same day order "no show" pickup cancelation policy, just order after business hours to get a discount.Their management will not work with you, even if you're a loyal customer and it's the right thing to do.

Best dispensary in Boynton Beach. Alyssa is an exceptional member of the team, very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and requests. Every product I’ve purchased from this location has been excellent - the cartridges and FSO are great quality and are frequently discounted. There’s almost never a line, and even when there is it only takes five minutes to be in and out.

Everything is always great when I go to Surterra, I go to them all over town. They have the product and service I love and I’m always the only one there.The one MAJOR problem I have is the Boynton Beach Location off of Lawrence, ALWAYS has a non working ATM. It has happened to me honestly 5 times. Drives me crazy having to go to the nearest ATM in bad traffic and back. I sometimes ASSUME the Boynton location will have a broke ATM and I drive 15 miles to another location.Boynton location —> fix your atm.

Went to the Surterra in Boynton for the first time today. Kelley was awesome to work with and I'm very pleased with my experience there. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I know absolutely nada about this and the staff is very helpful without making me feel like an idiot. The fast service without a long waiting room experience sold me on this location, after my experiences with different company and a 30+ minute wait twice. The downside is that there are no display cabinets, Which on second thought is probably good thing for me.

Surterra Boynton is THE BEST dispensary in the area! Customer service from Kelly can’t be beat. She’s always smiling….you can tell even under her mask….and she has an extensive knowledge of their products. The last time I was in, she was with a difficult customer and handled it with aplomb!! Surterra Wellness Boynton beach is hands down my favorite dispensary. I’m continuously updated on their discounts via email, I’m able to buy some of the best quality medicine and best of all their staff is very welcoming and extremely helpful with my prescriptions. Been going to surterra since I got my card and I've never have a bad experience. Kelly is incredibly enthusiastic and always smiling, makes the quick stop a nice experience. Quincy's positive disposition is one that makes you feel like you've just walked into room full of old friends. And the younger woman with the curly hair, I forgot her name, is beyond great. She's always super friendly and helpful, even when the customers that show up on a daily basis arent. Overall, 10 out of 10. Love the product, love the place, love the people. Keep it up😀

Inconsistent products and an average medical experience at best. Flower is inconsistent and often the tiers don’t seem to differentiate quality but looks. Going up in Tier is rarely worth the price. Good for distillates but to say good all around is untrue.

I visited the Boynton Beach site. This was my first visit as I had heard good things about the Jimmy Buffet line. I entered and gave them my card and the gentleman created my profile. He asked me if I knew what I wanted. I told him again that I was never here before and not familiar with the products. He then ignored me and helped 3 other customers and then turned to me and said I have his undivided attention. He asked if I was ready? I said yes and asked where I needed to go. He again asked if I was ready. I asked for what and he said to place and order. I told him again I was not familiar and if someone would come help me. He just stared at me like I was saying something taboo. Horrible service. Will never visit again when there are so many more dispensaries that treat their customers better. Total disappointment and understand why it always seems empty.

New favorite dispensary! I’ve switched around a couple times but I really like the fact that they have a drive through and make the checkout and pickup process super simple and fast. Unlike other dispensaries in the area, there’s no line and long wait, especially if you’re pickup up through drive through. They usually have the order ready to come pick up within 30 min- hour. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Inside is really nice looking and well kept. Love that they carry awesome brands like coral reefer and pax products. Their coral reefer balm is the best pain relief topical I’ve tried yet. And thanks for the 15% veteran discount. 10/10 keep the products coming, and will keep coming!

To corporate, those two should get a big raise because I've continuously gotten impecible customer service from both of them. I absolutely love the Boynton Beach location of Surterra. The wait is never long, they always have a great selection of product in stock, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Dave, even met me at my car with an umbrella during a spontaneous rainstorm. That's going the extra mile. I highly recommend Surterra in Boynton.

The prices are too high compared to trulieve and the guy checking me out was rude. They do not offer free delivery and they wanted $40+ for an 8th, I will not be going back there, ever.

Super friendly staff that actually listens to your needs and at least tries to help patients find what they need to help them with their ailments.I am a long time patient and suffer from horrible neuropathy and so edibles I’m served me the. Eat to function and help with my pain to again function. The ground flower they have is EXCELLENT. I smile and use it for my edibles and it makes me, not only the best but easiest way to infused your medicine into oils to help with the chronic pains. I would always and will always recommend patients to use the ground flower.

Today was my first visit to Surterra-Boynton Beach, and it was great. Unfortunately, I never got the names of the guy and gal who helped me on 1/16/20, but they were welcoming, fun and extremely knowledgeable, which was really helpful. I was surprised at the amount knowledge the gal was able to impart to me about the products. What really amazed me was the fact that they take a major credit card (don't know which) and debit cards! They also give out lollipops! All in all...a great experience!
